  I reached out to them to cut down a couple of trees and trim another. After several emails with them trying to arrange a time that worked for both of us, I can only guess that they became impatient and decided to cut the email thread off. They left off that they might show up in the morning as my spouse could show them what needed to be done and that time has came and went. They say count on twice as many people to show up because only 50% of people will come.

  Had four trees pruned and trimmed as well as a fifth removed and the stump ground. The crews were wonderful. They came out and followed up on why a few branches weren't removed to get my approval to remove them using spikes. They came back out and did not only the tree trimming and clean up but mulched my Christmas Tree that we had just taken out of the house that day. They were great! Highly recommend. Great Job!
